Why are all dogs in Havana dressed in button down shirts? I noticed this when I was there about 12 years ago. On every corner was a tiny dog wearing a freshly pressed shirt. When I line up to take a picture the dogs would shift a little to make the shot better. It’s like they knew their angles.

Maybe communism isn’t so bad. For dogs at least. For people it might be more problematic. I’ve not seen so much spandex being worn in a long time. Clearly the work of a confused dictator.
